Author Nancy Shaw  has come back with her marvelous flock of  stories about our favorite sheep.  We have board books and hardcover, and our new 5 in 1!  From her classic, Sheep in a Jeep, to the newer, Sheep Go to Sleep, Nancy always pleases!  In Sheep Go to Sleep, the tale begins with the walk home... it's time for bed but the sheep just aren't ready to settle down (sound familiar?)... But no fear.  A caring and trust worthy sheepdog is there to help. What will these restless sheep need before they are ready to go to sleep?  A hug?  A blanket?  A drink of water?  Will this loving and dedicated collie ever get these bleating sheep to sleep?  We simply love this story and know you will too.

Nancy Shaw has written some of the most beloved modern books about sheep.   As she says, "I'd been intrigued by picture books for a long time, but reading to my children made me much more tuned in to them. My daughter and son loved silly stories. We were on a dull car trip in 1982 when I tinkered with animal rhymes, which turned into Sheep in a Jeep. Sheep on a Ship, Sheep in a Shop, Sheep Out to Eat, Sheep Take a Hike, Sheep Trick or Treat, Sheep Blast Off!, and Sheep Go to Sleep have followed."
