In this panel discussion Vickie talks with creators featured in her latest book, The Knit Vibe (Abrams) and using it as a guide, looks at the holistic affect that being a knitter can have on our lives.   Through a glimpse into the minds of some of the designers who direct the projects we make, the causes that inspire us to use our craft for activism, the stories of some who make up our diverse community, and the positive influence of knitting on our mental and spiritual health, she’ll discuss how our creative endeavors help us express ourselves, empower us, process difficult times, channel our inner being, and create an over all openness — positive knit vibes, if you will — towards our fellow human beings.
