Going out onto the land, harvesting materials from nature, and weaving a basket is Katie Grove’s idea of a perfect day. 

She is a professional artist and educator whose passion is to guide people in connecting to their creativity through the combination of art and nature. In her workshops she creates an environment where individuals can explore self-expression while learning how use and appreciate locally available natural materials. 

Katie studied Fibers Art at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and has BFA in Printmaking from SUNY New Paltz. She lives in Rosendale, NY and exhibits her work and teaches regionally
